Our university-trained property valuers are authorized by Samhällsbyggarna (The Section of Property Valuation). Authorization means that the individual has the necessary qualifications for the assignment, and is sworn to confidentiality and impartiality.

A fundamental tool for our property valuations is the market analysis. It is a prerequisite for fair and accurate assessments. We therefore put a lot of time and effort into keeping ourselves updated on different market segments. Another important element is that we keep track of the general economic trend and try to see any possible effects on the real estate market.

We collect our information on the Swedish real estate market in a special market data system we call FMI Property Market Information).
