Land acquisition

A common assignment for Forum is to assist both private and public clients in land acquisition matters, usually in the form of compulsory purchase in accordance with the rules in the Expropriation Act or the Planning and Building Act.

We can act as a sounding board and discuss small and simple matters, we can assume total responsibility for land acquisition with everything from valuation to negotiation and possible court proceedings.
