Law and Economics
By “law and economics” we mean assignments that lie in the borderland between real estate economics and real estate law.
From the beginning in 1961, law and economics has been an important part of our business.
Examples of assignments: Land access, compensation in connection with planning blight, renegotiation of leasehold fees, ground rents and leasehold enfranchisement. Critical review of tax assessment values is also a special field where we can offer our services.
We are accustomed to negotiating and providing counsel in legal proceedings in these matters.
