Buildings along the water

Forum currently carries out a large number of assignments related to analyzing and describing specific sub-markets. This can include rental levels, ownership structures, vacancy studies, etc. The descriptions are usually presented as a combination of text, summary tables, and maps. Sometimes, the reports are also delivered through an oral presentation.

By systematically monitoring the entire country's real estate market, we can often conduct market analyses quickly and cost-effectively. Through our market data system, FMI, we regularly update information for 115 municipalities, covering over 2,700 different sub-markets.

We stay updated on developments in the Swedish real estate market, which is a fundamental aspect of nearly everything we do at Forum. Supported by conducted market analyses, we can make more substantiated forecasts about future developments.

FMI - Market Analysis

We gather our information about the Swedish real estate market in a specialized market data system that we call FMI, FastighetsMarknadsInformation (Property Market Information).

FMI presents information on assessed market rents, yield requirements, and vacancy data for both commercial properties and rental residential properties. The information is divided into categories such as retail, residential, office, and industrial properties, and is presented for each individual submarket. The boundaries of each submarket are shown on maps, and their location is classified as A, B, or C areas.
